Marie R. Kearns
Marie R. Sunday Sisco Kearns, age 78, of Harborcreek Twp., died Wednesday, September 22, 2010 at her daughter's Millcreek residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born on March 1, 1932 in Erie, the daughter of the late, Stanley and Martha Paluh Sunday.
She was an East High School graduate. She was a former member of the East Erie Turners and an avid member of St. James R.C. Church. She was employed at Erie Technological Products (Erie Resistor). She enjoyed knitting, shopping, and card playing. She was preceded in death by her second husband, Bernard Kearns, and one brother, Raymond Sunday.
She is survived by her first husband, Robert Sisco, of Erie, one daughter, Maria L. Kuhn (William) of Millcreek, three sons: Thomas Sisco of Millcreek, Robin Sisco (Karen) of McKean, Gary Sisco (Jennifer) of Erie; four grandchildren: Michael, Megan, Jeremy, and Zachary, several step-grandchildren; including, Blake and Zack, three stepchildren, and two great-grandchildren, Gabriel, and Joshua.
Friends may call at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd. on Friday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. and are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial at St. James R.C. Church on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. Entombment at Mary Queen of Peace Cemetery.
