Dorothy L. Kling Dorothy L. Kling, age 86, of Millcreek Twp., passed away Tuesday, August 3, 2010 at Pleasant Ridge Manor West. She was born in Erie on July 4, 1924, the daughter of the late Dorr and Louise Wells. Dorothy was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church. She enjoyed being a homemaker and everything she did in her life revolved around her family. Her favorite past time was spending time with her family that she adored. Dorothy is survived by her husband of 64 years, David Kling. They were married on April 6, 1946. She is also survived by one daughter, Kim Litz (David); three grandchildren: Michael Linhart, Kelly Summers (Joe), Michelle Namey (fiancé, Jason Kuilman), one sister, Joan Freeman (Van), four great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Karin Kling, one brother, Robert Wells, and best friend, Rita Amann. Friends may call at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd. on Thursday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. and are invited to attend a funeral service there on Friday at 11:00 a.m. Interment, Laurel Hill Cemetery.
