Ryan R. Lindsey
Ryan R. Lindsey, age 39, of Erie, died Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at UPMC - Hamot. He was born in Erie on September 24, 1972 the son of Randy L. Stokes Brutcher (John T. Brutcher) of Brownsville, PA.
He was a Sous chef at Bertrands and also was employed as a cook at the Cornerstone and Panos. He enjoyed writing poetry, reading, hunting, fishing with his brother, Ray, and cooking.
Besides his mother and stepfather, he is survived by three brothers: Raymund Lindsey (Ashley) of Erie, Rodney Lindsey of GA, Rusty Lindsey of Erie, one sister, Rebekah Gibbs, of Knoxville, TN, several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, and cousins.
Private visitation and services were held at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions can be made to the family in care of Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd. Erie, PA 16506.
