Judith A. Lydick Judith "Judy" A. Jennings Lydick, age 69, of Erie died Friday, January 18, 2008 at Hamot Medical Center after a courageous 4-month battle with cancer. She was born in Erie on October 16, 1938, the daughter of the late George E. and Ruth A. Forsythe Jennings. Her husband, John R. Lydick in 2004 and one brother, George Murray Jennings, preceded her in death. Judy was a manager at HighPoint Towers and also was employed at Yoder Brothers Greenhouse and Rondale Nursing Home as a nurse's aide. She was a member of Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church; she enjoyed gardening, reading, wintering in New Smyrna Beach, FL, and enjoying her grandchildren. Judy is survived by two daughters, Patti Herhold of Fairview, Laurie Winschel of Edinboro, two sons, Bruce Lydick and his wife, Pamala, of McKean and Brian Lydick and his wife, Judy, of Waterford, four grandchildren: Kelly and Kyle Whitley and Courtney and Daniel Lydick; one brother, Gary D. Jennings of Seattle, WA. and her step-mother, Marjorie Jennings of Spokane, WA. Friends may call at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 4216 Sterrettania Rd on Tuesday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. and are invited there on Wednesday for the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. conducted by the Reverend Brian Moran. Private interment. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.
