Theresa "Teddi" A. Platt Matha Theresa "Teddi" A. Platt Matha, age 88, of Meadville, formerly of Erie, passed away on Sunday, May 19, 2013 at Meadville Medical Center after a brief illness. She was born in North East, PA on January 15, 1925, the daughter of the late Edgar and Alice Babcock Platt. She was employed as a CPA. Teddi was a long time member of the Eagles Club (Erie) and enjoyed gardening, bowling, golfing, bingo, and she loved her dog, Pennie. She is survived by her husband, Clifford W. Matha, her children: Dale (Patty), Clifford (Kathy), Brad (Linda), Greg (Kim), one sister, June, her grandchildren: Patty Lynn (Bob), Dale (Missy), Lori Lynn (Brad), Marion (John), Clifford (Kris), Richard (Mary Kay), Melissa (Mark), Janelle (Chris), Stephen, Michael, Kayleigh, Bobby, Skye (Mike), Tami (Bob), Kim (Chad), and Joe (Amy), also numerous great and great-great- grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one sister, Betty Lincoln, one grandson, Clifford W. Matha, II, and one brother, Lynn Platt. Friends may attend a graveside service on Thursday at 2:30 p.m. at Laurel Hill Cemetery conducted by the Rev. Don Fisher from Erie First Assembly of God.
