Marilyn Ann Melgaard Marilyn A. Melgaard, age 75, of Harborcreek Twp., went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 17, 2012, at Twinbrook Medical Center. She was born in Erie on May 18, 1937, the daughter of the late Marius and Margaret Melgaard. She was a 1955 graduate of McDowell H.S. and attended Baldwin Wallace University. She was employed in Dr. Howard Manasse's office. Marilyn was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, was a member of the '55 class of McDowell's reunion committee, and enjoyed golf, boating, traveling, reading and spending time with her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Richard Horky and one brother, Ronald Melgaard. She is survived by her children: Bradley Horky (Julie) of Brentwood, TN, Diane Rodriguez of Bradenton, FL, Lisa Amendola (Michael) of Buffalo, NY, Gretchen Cadwallader (Scott) of Erie, one sister, Carol Frazier of Palmetto, FL, and ten grandchildren. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family by the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd.
