John L. "Jack' Nicholson John L. "Jack" Nicholson, age 81, of Warren, PA died April 1, 2013 after a short illness with his son Craig at his side. Jack was born and raised in Warren, PA. He graduated from Warren High School, attended Penn State, and was an Air Force veteran from the Korean War era. In 1959, he moved to Erie as a salesman of financial services and manufacturing products. His sense of humor was his greatest asset. He took enormous pride in his three children. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, a devoted Little League coach, and a legendary cook. In later life, he returned to Warren and worked for Northwest Bank. He is survived by son Craig Nicholson (Terri), of Erie, Pamela Nicholson, of Phoenix, Julie Nicholson, of Scottsdale, former wife, Lucille "Ceil" Green Nicholson, of Sun City, AZ, four grandchildren, and a great-granddaughter. He is also survived by brothers; James Nicholson, of Warren and Robert Nicholson (Patricia), of New Bern, NC, sister Marjorie Kirk, of Butler, and numerous nephews, nieces, grand-nephews, and grand-nieces. He was preceded in death by his father, Leonard Nicholson, his mother, Marjorie Christensen Nicholson, and his infant son, Mark. A private memorial service will be held in the near future. Arrangements are being handled by the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd.
