Doris Smith Ogsbury Doris Smith Ogsbury, age 92, of Millcreek Twp., died Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at Health South Rehabilitation Hospital. She was born in McKean on January 7, 1920 the daughter of the late, William C. and Laura Veit Smith. She taught school in both the McKean and Millcreek School Districts. She was a member of St. Peters Lutheran Church and the American Legion Auxiliary. She enjoyed working with children in the American Legion Auxiliary Juniors, Vacation Bible School, and the Youth Club. She was preceded in death by her husband, William L. Ogsbury, III, one daughter, Nancy Jean Ogsbury, two sisters; Gladys Rose, Wilma Smith, and three brothers: George, Earl, and Emil Smith. She is survived by her children; William L. Ogsbury, IV and his wife, Susan, Donald Ogsbury and his wife, Sheila, a twin sister, Bernice Rogers, two grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren. Friends may call at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc, 4216 Sterrettania Rd. on Friday from 5 until 7 p.m. and are invited to St. Peter's Lutheran Church, 3968 Hershey Rd., Erie, PA 16506, on Saturday for the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. Interment Valley Cemetery.
