Dorothy A. Young Palmieri
Dorothy A. Palmieri, age 84, of Millcreek Twp., died Friday, May 28, 2010 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Erie on July 28, 1925, the daughter of the late Arthur and Helen Lewis Young. She was a business owner with her late husband, Gino; owning Gino's Café, South Shore Inn, Kearsarge Beer Distributor, and City Beer Distributor. Dorothy was a devoted mother and grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gino Palmieri, one sister, Audrey Walters and one brother, Donald Young.
She is survived by her daughter, Tina M. Wunch, four grandchildren: Rebecca, Rochelle, Regina, and Risa Wunch, and one great grandson, Grayson Wunch.
Friends may call at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd. on Tuesday from 3 to 8 p.m. and are invited to the graveside committal service at Laurel Hill Cemetery on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m.
