Dorothy "Dot" Dickerson Pflueger
Dorothy "Dot" Dickerson Pflueger, age 85, of Pleasant Ridge Manor West died Tuesday, May 19, 2009 at St. Vincent Health Center after a brief illness. She was born in Grand Saline, TX on May 9, 1924, the daughter of the late, Wiley D. and Ola Huff Dickerson.
She resided in the Erie area most of her life. She ran her own restaurant, "Dots Luncheonette", on Buffalo Rd., was an Avon Lady and owned rental properties. She enjoyed making people laugh and spending time with her daughter and grandchildren
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Jeanine Thomas and several brothers and sisters. She is survived by one daughter, Renee Yvonne Louviere, five grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and one brother, Houston Dickerson of Dallas, TX.
Friends may call at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 4216 Sterrettania Rd. on Thursday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. and are invited there on Friday at 10:00 a.m. for the funeral service. Interment Laurel Hill Cemetery.
