Shirley M. Gilson Ross Shirley M. Ross, age 74, of Millcreek Twp., joined her brothers and sisters with the Lord on Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at UPMC-Hamot. She was born on September 23, 1937, in Titusville, PA, the daughter of the late, Miller C. and Lena Parrett Gilson. She was a former employee at Plastek Industries. She was a member of the PNA and VFW Clubs in Titusville. She enjoyed the casino, playing the lottery, traveling, and her family (especially the grandchildren). Shirley is survived by her four children: Becky Severance (Mike) of Millcreek, Daniel A. Ross (Debra) of Manchester, TN, Gary Ross (Vicki) of Millcreek, three sisters: Mildred Kinney and Martha Miller of Titusville and Edna Irwin of Toledo, one brother, Richard Gilson (Juanita) of Titusville, eight grandchildren, five great grandchildren, a good friend, Tony Delfino of Erie, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by five brothers (one special brother, Milburn Gilson) and three sisters. Friends may call at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd. on Saturday from 4:00 p.m. until time of sharing at 7:30 p.m. Private interment Laurel Hill Cemetery.
