Eugenia C. Forsman Bloomquist Eugenia C. Forsman Bloomquist, age 87, died unexpectedly on Friday, February 17, 2012. She was born on July 23, 1924 in Erie, PA and was a member of Luther Memorial Church in Erie. She was co-owner of Bloomquist Sprinkler Corp. and worked there as a bookkeeper and treasurer until her retirement. She was an avid bridge player at Mercyhurst Center and on her laptop computer. She was preceded in death by husbands; John Forsman, in 1967 and Gail Bloomquist, in 2002, two daughters; Nancy Frew and Carolyn Laughlin, a sister, Helen Culbertson, and two brothers, John and Walt Kaday. Surviving members of the family include a son, John Forsman, and his wife, Linda, of Erie, a daughter, Jeannette Kubacki, and her husband, Jack, of Newport Beach, CA, four grandchildren: Erik and Kellie Forsman, Amanda Taft, and Kyle Laughlin, a nephew, Ron Forsman, a niece, Ginnie Anderson, and Dan and Carol Kaday. A private ceremony will take place Monday at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd. Private interment. Enhance your memorial with a slideshow and video
