Edward "Eddie" James Shallenbarger
Edward J. Shallenbarger, age 56, of Millcreek Twp., died Monday, April 11, 2011 at his residence with his loving wife by his side. He was born in Meadville, PA on February 1, 1955, the son of the late, Arthur and Edith Anthony Shallenbarger.
He was an employee at PHB for thirty-three years as foreman. He enjoyed playing darts, yard, and garden work.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Pat Jackson Shallenbarger, two daughters; Trisha Shallenbarger of Millcreek, Teri Ritenour of Erie, one granddaughter, Raina Mellesh, one sister, Connie Ackerman, a brother, Lester Shallenbarger, and several other siblings. He was preceded in death by one sister, Martha Taylor and two brothers.
Friends may call at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd. on Saturday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. At 7:30 p.m. a personal remembrance time will be shared. Private interment.
Memorial contributions may be to the family in care of the funeral home.
