Helen Cleo Robinson Siembida Helen C. Siembida, age 89, of Millcreek Twp., died Thursday, June 2, 2011 at her daughter's residence. She was born in Ford Cliff, PA on October 22, 1921, the daughter of the late, Thomas Joel and Amy Cleo Rupert Robinson. She was employed at GE, Erie Technological Products, and K-Mart. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church and enjoyed crocheting, reading, and her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas John Siembida, one sister, Doris Robinson Rottman, two brothers; Donald and Gerald Robinson. She is survived by her children: Harold Robinson (Gail) of East Brady, PA, Elaine Kowicki (William) of Chalfont, PA, Mary Kay Burton (Joseph) of Erie, Linda Shoemaker (Allen) of Erie, two brothers, Thomas Robinson (Ruby) of Evans City, PA, Harold Robinson (Marian) of Salem, SC, six grandchildren, eight great- grandchildren, several great great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd. on Monday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. and are invited there on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. for the funeral service. Interment Laurel Hill Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 1128 State St., Erie, PA 16501, or to the American Heart Association 823 Filmore Ave., Erie, PA 16505.
