Obituary of Virginia Still

Virginia M. Miller Still Virginia "Ginny" Mabel Miller Still, age 90, died Wednesday, January 12, 2011, at Pleasant Ridge Manor-West. She was born in Erie on April 2, 1920, the daughter of the late Lee and Mary Louella Alden Miller. She was employed at St. Vincent Health Center, Mister Doughnut, Dunkin Doughnuts, and was involved with child-care. She was a member of Young at Heart at St. John's Lutheran Church and the Cascade United Methodist Church. She enjoyed puzzles, cards, dominoes, reading, cooking, and baking. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Still, one brother, Kenneth Miller (Gertrude), and one daughter, Merna V. Waisley (Ted). She is survived by two daughters, Linda Still of Millcreek Twp., Mary L. Taylor (Tom) of North East, grandchildren; Donald Clemens, special granddaughter, Carri Burger (Dave), Raymond Taylor, Jr., Edward Taylor, eleven great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, and one nephew, Gary Miller (Barb). Friends may call at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd. on Monday from 4 to 8 p.m. and are invited there on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. for the funeral service.
