Obituary of Kathryn Weston

Kathryn Faye McKee Weston Kathryn F. Weston, 82, passed on to eternal life on April 22, 2013 at Elmwood Gardens, Erie, PA. Kathryn was born April 17, 1931 in Rimersburg, PA, the daughter of the late Melvin and Florence (Bole) Mckee. She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Charles L. Weston, in October, 2010. Kathryn had a great will to live and her greatest joy was following the lives and activities of her children and their families. Kathryn is survived by a son, Timothy C. Weston and his wife, Sherrie, of Ashburn, VA and a daughter, Debora Locke and her husband, Roger of Erie; two grandsons, William and Wade Weston, and two step-grandsons, Andrew and Matthew Locke. She is also survived by two sisters, Shirley Pecora and Mary Bills and her husband Lyall, all of Erie, as well as by several nieces and nephews. A very special thank-you goes out to staff and friends at Elmwood Gardens where Kathryn and her family truly adored all those who touched her life and cared for her. "Sunset and evening star, and one clear call for me! And may there be no moaning of the bar when I put out to sea." A visitation with family will take place on Friday from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Road, followed by a Memorial service at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. Patricia A. Fuller officiating. Private interment will follow at Laurel Hill Cemetery.
