Esther I. Eshbaugh Brocious
Esther I. Brocious, age 94, of Millcreek Twp., died Friday, September 9, 2011 at her residence. She was born in Knoxdale, PA on September 8, 1917, the daughter of the late, Ralph and Zella Mogul Eshbaugh.
She enjoyed sewing, quilting, and collecting penguins.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Byron A. Brocious in 2010, several sisters and brothers. She is survived by her children: Ida I. Lutz (John), Byron A. Brocious, Jr., Ralph E. Brocious (Susan), many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Friends are invited to Erie County Memorial Gardens on Thursday, September 15, 2011 from 9:30 a.m. until time of prayers at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel. Arrangements are being handled by the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 823 Filmore Avenue, Erie, PA 16505.
