Obituary of Timothy Foster-Pegg

Timothy "Tim" C. Foster-Pegg, age 65, of Millcreek Twp., went to be with his Lord and Savior unexpectedly on Sunday, January 5, 2014 at his residence. He was born in Derbyshire, England on July 20, 1948, the son of Richard W. and F. Avis Earnshaw Foster-Pegg of West Chester, PA. Tim was a '66 graduate of Lowell H.S. in San Francisco where he participated on the swim team and earned the proud accomplishment of becoming an Eagle Scout. He received his Associates Degree in Mechanical Engineering at Penn State University. He served in the U.S. Army where he received the National Defense Service Medal. He was employed at and retired from Verizon. Tim was a member of Grace Church where he volunteered on a mission trip to Israel. Tim was a history buff and an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. Besides his parents, he is survived by his wife of twenty- five years, Gail L. Verno Foster-Pegg, one daughter, Tiffany E. Chizmar Kephart (Jon) of Harborcreek, two sons; Timothy C. Chizmar of CA, Brian A. Foster-Pegg of Pittsburgh, one grandson, Clifton J. Kephart, one sister, Perri Capell of Boise, ID, and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd. on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and are invited to Grace Church, 7300 Grubb Rd., McKean, PA 16426 on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. for the funeral service. Private interment. Memorial contributions may be made to Grace Church.
