Obituary of Dorothy Fuller

Dorothy L. "Dot" Bollard Fuller, age 90, of Millcreek Twp, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, June 4, 2014 at Fairview Manor after a lengthy illness. She was born in Erie on March 4, 1924, the daughter of the late Homer and Myrtle Boyd Bollard. She was employed at Talon Mfg., was a crossing guard for Millcreek Twp. School District, and a homemaker. Dot enjoyed camping, baking, cake decorating, playing board and card games. She is survived by her husband of 69 years, Edwin "Bud" Fuller, one daughter, Barbara J. Knost of Erie, two grandchildren; Gary Knost (Mary) of Lawrence Park, Becky Lytle (Ed) of Erie, and five great grandchildren. Dot was preceded in death by one sister, Lorraine Kopf, one brother, James Bollard, and one grandson, Frank L. Knost. Friends may call at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd., on Sunday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. and are invited there on Monday for the funeral service at 10:00 a.m. Interment Erie County Memorial Gardens.
