Dolores S. Flanigan, age 85, of Erie passed away peacefully at Fairview Manor on September 11, 2014. She was born in Lawrence Park on December 6, 1928, the youngest daughter of the late Daisy and Roy Starks. Dolores graduated from Lawrence Park High School in 1947 where she was very involved in school activities. She remained involved by serving on the Lawrence Park reunion committee for many years. Dolores will be remembered for her devotion to family and friends. She loved her grandchildren and great-granddaughter very much. Besides being involved with family gatherings, she loved to read, be outside, go for walks, and play cards. She was a people person and loved helping others.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Paul J. Flanigan and her sisters; Elaine Pratt (Harry), Betty Andrews (Harold) and her brother Ray Starks.
