Obituary of William Kuffer

William E. Kuffer, age 62, of McKean, PA, passed away on Sunday, September 14, 2014 at his residence after a long battle with cancer. Bill was born in Erie on March 21, 1952 the son of the late Emil and Margaret Rick Kuffer. He was owner and operator of RK Campground and was also in construction both privately and with various construction companys. He was a member of St. Francis Xavier R.C. Church and St. Francis Ushers Club. Bill is survived by his loving wife, Janet Stanley Kuffer, five children: Kari Shade (fiancé James Poland) of McKean, Matthew Kuffer (Olga) of Edinboro, William Kuffer II of Fairview, Brittany Arment (Michael) of Millcreek, Tara Hornbeck (fiancé Ryan Roberts) of Erie, eight grandchildren with one on the way, one uncle, Walter Kuffer (Hilda) of Waterford and many cousins. Friends may call at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd. on Wednesday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. and are invited to St. Francis Xavier R.C. Church, 8880 W. Main St., McKean, PA 16426 on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. for the Funeral Mass. Interment St. Francis Cemetery.
