Obituary of Roberta Woodard

Roberta "Tootie" P. Lydick Woodard, age 71, of Erie, passed away Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at St. Vincent Hospital. She was born in Erie on January 18, 1943, the daughter of the late Benjamin F. and Evelyn C. Lucas Lydick. She enjoyed bowling, knitting, reading, fishing, and watching sports. She is survived by her fiancé Orville J. Gorton, two children; Laura Lee Ruby Craciun (Daniel), Lee Everett Woodard, Jr. (Melissa), two sisters; Barbara May Camp, Linda Louise Heinemann, five brothers: Harold, Benjamin Franklin, Raymond Thomas, David Paul, and Dennis Lydick, her grandchildren: Amanda Shea Washek (Justin), Ronald Washek, Tyler Daniel Craciun, Elijah James, Daniel Jacob, and Jenna Lee Woodard and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by three brothers; Eddie Stewart, John R. and Richard W. Lydick. Friends may call at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd. on Sunday from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. and are invited to Calvary Cemetery East Mausoleum on Monday at 11:00 a.m. for the funeral service. Entombment Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
