Obituary of Clinton Fenn

Clinton "Clint" Fenn, age 71, of Millcreek Twp., passed away on Friday, October 10, 2014 while doing what he loved best, fishing in Port Clinton, Ohio with his buddies. Clint was born on April 7, 1943 in Tarentum, PA the son of the late Clinton R. and Grace Waldrop Fenn. He was an avid golfer, fisherman, and Steelers fan and loved John Deere tractors. He served in the US Army Reserves for six years. Clint retired from Bliley Electric Co. after thirty eight years of employment. He was commodore of Commodore Perry Yacht Club in 2001 where they made him an honorary member due to his sincere dedication to the club.
He is survived by his wife of fifty years, Shirley Smith Fenn, one daughter Kimberly Gibbs and her husband Ronald (who was Clint's best friend) from Casa Grande, AZ. Also surviving is a special friend, Russell Halmi, Clint's "little brother" and nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Beverly Fenn Sitter.
Friends may call at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd. on Tuesday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. and are invited there on Wednesday for the funeral service at 10:00 a.m. Interment Laurel Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 823 Filmore Ave., Erie 16505.
