Obituary of William Siegrist

William "Bill" Siegrist, age 89, of Millcreek Twp., went home to be with the Lord on Friday, December 19, 2014. He was born in Erie on March 21, 1925 the son of the late William and Frieda Schlaufman Siegrist. Bill was employed at Marx Toys as a draftsman and then retired from and enjoyed a long and successful career as a Pharmaceutical Rep at SmithKlineFrench, later known as GlaxoSmithKline. He was a member of First Assembly Church and served on their building committee. He enjoyed music, travel, gardening, photography, and was an avid bowler. He was preceded in death by his first wife Carol English Siegrist and a son-in-law Otto Imig. Bill is survived by his current wife of 22 years, Lois J. Mollberg Siegrist, two daughters; Karen Imig (fiancé Jack "Brad" Carns), Holly Thomas (Russell), one son Mark Siegrist (Valerie), three grandchildren: Brian Shank (DeeDee), Nathan and Nolan Siegrist, two step children Suzan Riebsomer (Lance), Diane Ruth (Carroll), many step and great-step grandchildren. Friends may call at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd. on Monday from 6:00 p.m. until 9 p.m. and are invited there on Tuesday for the Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. Interment Fairview Cemetery.
