Obituary of Scott Grack

Scott J. Grack, age 57, of Millcreek Twp., passed away Sunday, March 8, 2015 surrounded by his loving family at the Cleveland Clinic. He was born in Erie on November 24, 1957, the son of Evelyn Meola Grack of Erie and the late Joseph Grack. Scott received his BS degree from Gannon University in Chemistry and was the owner of Erie Right to Know, Inc. and was a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH). Scott enjoyed his music and was an avid lead guitar player for several bands. He was the head track coach and taught chemistry at Cathedral Prep for a number of years. Besides his mother, he is survived by his loving wife, Kathleen A. Karmazin Grack, two sons; Joseph Scott Grack (Carrie) of Millcreek, Scott David Grack (Amanda) of Erie, two grandsons; Logan and Dominic, one brother, Douglas Grack of Erie, and his four lovable dogs: Zeppelin, Zuzu, Vegas, and Vinny. He was preceded in death by an infant daughter. A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, March 15, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. at Mt. Gerizim Christian Center, 823 Cherry St., Erie, PA 16502. Arrangements were handled by the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Gerizim Christian Center.
