Barbara, Kathy and I are very heartbroken over the loss of Marty. We enjoyed our time together. He was my longtime friend since I met him when I went to Gannon. He is the true definition of what a friend is. He was a great friend, leader, mentor and a boss with a brilliant business acumen. A heart of gold. Most of all he was the older brother I found that I could always count on. Please know our thoughts, praters and love are with you and your family at this time. He is in God's embrace now. Barbara and Family I truly am heartbroken to learn about Marty. He was always so good to me at work and he will be missed so very much. Heaven has gained such a precious soul. God bless you in the days ahead and know you all are in thought and prayer.

To Barbara and family: Mike and I were devastated to hear of Marty's passing. We will always remember his passion for hockey and his fond memories of living in Erie, PA. We will always think of him whenever we see men's novelty socks not only because he collected them, but wore them with pride. He was hardworking, a devoted husband and believed on always 'doing the right thing'. We will miss his smile, easy going attitude and remember the love he had for his family and friends. Marty's passing breaks my heart. He was a true friend and an outstanding human being. Peace be with Barbara and with the family. I was so excited to have coffee with Marty when my travels take me near his home in South Carolina at the end of this April. Now I will have to wait until we meet again.
